    Hi,

    I need customers Credit Card Details to go to Stripe. At the moment they are not being sent and in the event of an error I can’t get Stripe to reprocess the payment because they don’t have the card details.

    How can this be amended?

    Hello,

    This is an opt-in option for the customer. If they have an account and choose to save the card, then it will be passed to Stripe otherwise it won’t.

    Thanks for the feedback. Where do you opt-in? Is it something in the admin section of WooCommerce in WordPress?

    Assuming you have “Enabled save cards” in your Stripe settings, the opt-in is shown to your customer in the checkout page below the credit card form like this https://cld.wthms.co/U6SRfk
