    Credit/debit card field is not showing on desktop but it is working perfect on mobile. What could be the issue and how to fix this?

    Hope you are doing fine.

    Actually, on my end when accessing the form, I can not see the credit card field in either one (mobile/desktop). Please see the screenshot below:

    I also checked the page source code and the issue doesn’t seem to be related to any style or CSS. Could you try the following ?

    1. If the credit card field is visible in other forms, then just remove the Stripe field from the test form and re-add it again. Save the changes and test if the field is visible in that way.
    2. If the credit card field is not visible in any form, then disconnect the Stripe API in Forminator > Settings > Payments and reconnect it again. Then remove and re-add the Stripe field in the form as well.

    Please let know if additional assistance is required after following the recommended steps.

    It was SSL issue, somehow the page is loading under http not https, Thats why stripe was not working

    Hi @avpatel2001

    In Forminator the payment options are only Stripe and PayPal and payment fields are rendered directly by them so there’s not much that can be changed aside form some basic styling.

    But if you have any more questions or need assistance with it, please open new topic of your own, and we’ll assist you there.
