Credit Card fields dont show on mobile

Console errors show that your siteground optimizer plugin is delaying the loading of jQuery until after the credit card plugin tries to do its thing. This makes the page load faster and be more responsive, but at the expense of it not working.

A user found this fix:
Disable?the “Defer Render-blocking JavaScript” option in SG Optimizer.
This will mean jQuery is not defered and is loaded in time for the credit card plugin to use jQuery functions.
