Credit card fields not showing

    I am using upsell order bump with stripe. The credit card fields only display when the order bump is checked. Stripe says everything is configured properly on their end and when the order bump is checked, the purchase goes through correctly. Only digital products are being used. Any ideas about what I should try next?

    1. As per your query, I would like to tell you that our Upsell Order Bump plugin displays the upsell offer on the checkout page, so it’s nothing to do with payment methods or credit card details.

    2. Sometimes it may be due to the wrong Stripe setup process, this type of error occurred so you can re-check it once and set up the stripe correctly.
