Credit Card Fields not Showing on Checkout Page

  • This site is still in preview mode, and doesn’t have SSL installed yet. But I’ve entered all API information. When trying to run a test order, I get to the Checkout page, and I don’t even see credit card information fields. Is this because SSL isn’t installed and the site isn’t fully launched? If I click on “Place Order”, I get this error:

    The following errors have occurred.
    (99) This transaction cannot be accepted.

    Has anyone seen this?
