Credit Card fields suddenly disable for Stripe payment

    My donation page has been working fine then all of a sudden I noticed this message tonight on the main Donation Page

    “Notice: Credit Card fields are disabled. Please connect and configure your Stripe account to accept donations.”

    I have verified that there are no issues with the Stripe account so not sure why this message is happening all of a sudden.. I tried disabling and reenabling the Stripe payment but that didn’t work. I need help urgently. Thanks.

    I fixed it by disconnecting the Stripe connection and reconnecting it. It still concerns be that that happened. Has anyone encountered this before ? How can I avoid it ? I just happened to be browsing through the site and noticing that the donation page no longer allowed donations. Kind of a big problem there. Would like to avoid that happening randomly in the future.

    From my experience, it looks like some misconfiguration on your site that caused the fields to do not work. Sometimes even cache can cause the fields to do not load correctly.

    As it’s fixed now, I think we cannot replicate it. But, if it happens again, please let us know and we’ll try to replicate on our end, so we ensure you and other users do not face this issue anymore.

    I’m having the same issue: The boxes for credit card payments cannot be clicked into or typed into.

    I’ve already deleted possible suspicious plugins that could interfere with the filling of these spaces, it is not a cache problem.

    There is an urgent need to resolve this. Please any comments or solutions?
