Credit Card form fields not shown in Pay for Order page

I recently just discovered that the credit card form is not displaying correctly in the customer’s Pay for Order page, the card number/expiration/cvc fields are missing and only the checkbox for save card is present. Other than this issue the form is working fine in the usual checkout page. Is there a particular reason for that? I look forward to your response, thank you.

Hi Juan, thank you for your swift response. As I’ve mentioned, the credit card fields are working fine on the website if the customer goes through the proper checkout flow. However, the credit card fields stopped working when we create an order manually in the WordPress backend and generate a “Pay for Order” link for the customer to make the payment.
