Credit Card form not showing anymore

    Hi,

    a client’s website no longer displays the credit card form in the checkout process. To check this, you can click on the pink “Kurs buchen”-Button in the middle of this page:
    https://karmananda.online/erschoepfung-burnout/

    and go trough the checkout process and choose “Kredit-/Debitkarte”.

    During our tests and before the update to WordPress 5.9.2. the form was still there. But now it don’t show up even in test mode.

    Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Thank you very much!

    I checked the site and confirmed the issue you have. I think it could be related to a conflict with your DIVI theme.

    To be sure of this, you can temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront, and check again if the credit card fields are showing up. If that solves the issue, we suggest contacting your theme developer for further assistance.

    If the issue persists after it, to take a deeper look, kindly provide us your System Status; you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste it in here.

    Hi @judagutor

    thank you very much for your reply. I think you’re right, it has to do with Divi. When I open the theme customizer the form appears.

    I will contact Divi support.

    The only thing mentioned in the status report is that the shopping cart has no shortcode. But when I add the shortcode I have two cart product overviews…
