Credit card holder name

    Can you make check button in settings to enable/disable using of credit card holder name?
    I would be really appreciate for it, i want to do it myself but I cant update this plugin again so if you can make new update with it.

    Thank you for your feedback,
    ‘Credit card holder name’ field will be added on next release (version 1.1) within few weeks.
