Credit Card Input Boxeson 4 Lines

My credit card number input boxes are separated on 4 different lines(cc expiration as well). How do I get them on one line so the inputs look like a cc input field. Right now its kinda weird and customers may not fill it in because its formatted incorrectly. Any help would be great.
