    I am having difficulty renewing my Premium subscription. The payment is being declined, but my bank does not see the attempted charges. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    As a Wordfence Premium customer, you may be able to request the assistance you need through your existing account with a support ticket at?https://support.wordfence.com. Unfortunately I can’t discuss Premium or request account details as those will become public here on the forums.

    Alternatively if you can’t gain access to your account right now due to the renewal issue, contact?billing @ wordfence . com?along with relevant information like your site and the email address that owns the license.
