I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

The error logs you provided as well as the ones in the console suggest having a memory shortage.

Can you please ask your host to update your WP Memory Limit and other values as shown below?

I understand. Web servers are just like any other computer. They need memory to efficiently run multiple applications at the same time. Server administrators allocate specific memory size to different applications including PHP.

Going back to your problem with Square not displaying the credit card fields, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Square plugins are enabled and see if this works?

I have a similar problem. I use a WordPress template on my clients site: mailservicecenter.com. I build it about two years ago. Two days ago I was informed that the the credit card field on the checkout page is greyed out and not working on mobile and computer. Clients can’t type in the credit card info. The credit card is connected to Square. I updated all the plugins and not sure where to go from here. I appreciate your help!

I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?

Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I am also running into this issue. It seems to show decently when it is on the side bar but it crops it off a little bit but I’ve noticed just with the default, plug-in, enabled and doing any type of Divi theme for the check out if you do the customer payment option. The checkout screen doesn’t show properly. It doesn’t show the credit card or expiration date fields see screenshots.

If I press pay for order it then shows

• Credit card number is not valid
• Expiration date is not valid
• CVV is not valid

If I go through the regular method and add to cart it shows a little weird but it does work.

Without any divi builder enabled (for checkout page) it shows correctly.
