    Hi there,

    From your screenshots it appears that all is configured correctly, but we’ll need some more detail in order to investigate this further.

    Please can you share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in the reply.

    Or, if you would prefer not to share this on the forums, please open a ticket via your WooCommerce.com account and reference this the URL of this post in your ticket and we can continue the discussion there.

    I’d rather not share the report here, but I go to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ but it says I have to verify my address. My wordpress email account is already verfified and logging in and logging out of woocommerce won’t do it.

    Hey there!

    We don’t have a direct support email address, the only way to get in touch with be via that contact form – the account it is referring to needing to be verified is your WordPress.com account. Can you double check the verification on that, and let us know if you’re still having issues getting logged in?
