Credit Card option/Paypal

  • I have two issues,

    1)On the checkout process the customer get the statement below;

    “Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account” However it doesn’t give the option to the customer to use their credit card but they have to choose only the PayPal.
    What should I do?

    2)Then when the customer is using the PayPal I do not get any transaction in my Paypal account. What do I need to do?
    I appreciate any help

    PayPal standard offers a small ‘pay with credit card’ link on their page if you have a business account and the user is eligible (some countries it does not show).

    If payments don’t arrive, ensure you don’t have sandbox enabled in paypal settings.

    Hi Mike Joiley,

    I disable the sandbox in paypal settings. I still do not see the transaction in my business account. is there any other settings I might not done them correctly. Therefore I am sending the copy of my Woo Commerce setting report.
    Please advise if there should be any other set up.

    I disable the sandbox in paypal settings. I still do not see the transaction in my business account.

    If sandbox was ON, the transaction never took place. Sandbox is a testing environment.
