    Hello.
    1. Are the credit card payment form fields fully integrated and appear directly on the checkout page without any interruption to the payment process ?
    – Or –
    2. does the customer have to either :
-wait for a pop-up to enter their credit card details?
    – leave the site to go to paypal to make the payment?

Note: I can’t find any documentation or images to show exactly where the customer enters their credit card details using your paypal payments plugin with Woocommerce. An image showing this would be very helpful in your documentation or www.ads-software.com listing.
    Thank you.

    Hi @kat99,

This plugin doesn’t have a dedicated credit card form integration like you would see with our Stripe plugin as an example. The credit/debit integration is an extension of the smartbuttons.

Depending on the customer’s location, a card form will render inline or the PayPal popup will appear.

    Kind Regards

    Thank you for your reply.

Would you kindly add some images of what the payment process looks like to the screenshots section of the pugin, in the www.ads-software.com plugins page?
That way everybody can see how it looks. I am still confused about what exactly you mean by the smart buttons / inline form.

Also – how can I know if I am going to get the pop-up version?
I do not want to get the client to setup the paypal for the plugin and then discover he doesn’t like it. I want to be able to show him what it will look like first, before we set it up.

    Thank you.

    Hi @kat99

Unfortunately, PayPal doesn’t publish there exact logic for when the inline form renders compared to the PayPal popup.

I typically recommend having our Stripe plugin for card payments, Apple Pay, GPay etc and then using the PayPal plugin alongside it.

PayPal is good for when customers want to use the wallet, but Stripe is the best for card payments and global payment methods.

    Kind Regards
