Could you kindly upgrade your WooCommerce to the most recent version? I’d also suggest you boost your PHP Post Max Size from 100 MB to 2GB, and your PHP Time Limit from 240 1200.

If the problem continues, hunting for JavaScript Errors is a good idea. Open your website in a browser, right-click anywhere on the page, select ‘Inspect’, and switch to the ‘Console’ tab. If there are any JavaScript errors, they will be displayed here.

If there are no errors in the browser console tab, please can you share a copy of the following:

• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Hello, I updated Woocommerce and set post_max_size and max_execution_time to higher values as you said. Still not working.

Hello, I updated Woocommerce and set post_max_size and max_execution_time to higher values as you said. Still not working.

I went ahead with investigating the Checkout page at https://www.lawmate-italia.com/cassa/, and the PayPal payment option stays visible (without disappearing), for some 4–6 minutes already.

Just to clarify, did you already make sure to perform the conflict test with server and browser caching cleared and disabled, or otherwise?

Furthermore, I’d like to bring some console errors to your attention, as they might help the Checkout page to perform as expected.

The PayPal is not the problem. As I said, it’s the Credit card option that disappears.

Thank you for the console error, but it’s also not the problem because I tried removing all the plugin, and Recaptcha also. And the Credit card option was still disappearing.

Let me describe my situation one more time, little bit more accurate. I created a copy of my website. On this staging site, I changed my theme to default Storefront, I disabled ALL plugins except for Woocommerce and Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway – which are on the latest versions. I also removed all custom code. So basically I had clean webshop. And the credit card option still disappears. So it’s not about any plugin, it has to be some incompatibility of your plugin with either Woocommerce or WordPress.

I went ahead with testing, using a test site of mine, and was not able to reproduce the issue. Below, I am attaching a screenshot, for reference:

Just to clarify, are you able to reproduce the issue when setting up a brand-new WooCommerce store, with the same set-up as described here, but brand new, not a copy with features disabled.
