Credit card payment options

    Hi!! I hope you can help me sorting out this… On the first screen capture the client can introduce their own credit card inside the same page.

    On the second screen capture a modal window appears. How can I choose which format to show? There seems not to be such an option.

    Unfortunately, within the Standard Card Processing option, there isn’t a way for users to choose or control which format (direct entry or modal window) is displayed. This is automatically managed by PayPal based on various factors.

    However, there is a potential workaround. If you are looking for more control over the payment interface, you might consider switching to Advanced Card Processing. I noticed from your second thread that you might already be aware of this option.

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    What you are using here is the Standard Card Processing payment option. This option is the same as was provided in the older PayPal Standard plugin and is completely controlled by PayPal (server-side). There is indeed not much you do from our plugin to adjust the fields or text for this payment method.

    The only option we can provide you, is to use the Advanced Card Processing payment method. This option is controlled and managed by our plugin, and should give you a much cleaner interface and no pop-up to get it to function. More details on this payment method can be found here, and if you don’t have the option added to your account yet, you can do that manually via these instructions.
