Credit Card processing for your account has not yet been activated by PayPal.

When clicking the ‘PayPal Card Processing’ tab, I’m greeted with the following message:
‘Credit Card processing for your account has not yet been activated by PayPal. If your account is new, this can take some days. Otherwise, please get in contact with PayPal.’
I have a verified UK business account, all docs supplied. How to solve this?
