    G’day,

Can you please install the Gravity Forms Logging add-on and activate logging for eWAY? Once you active the logging add-on, go to Gravity Forms > Settings > Logging and enable logging for the eWAY add-on.

We can continue this discussion in the Help Scout thread if you prefer, I’ve received your support request there.

    cheers,
    Ross

    Hi,
I have the same issue, no payments processing through eway since feb. 2015. As per your instructions i have installed logging add-on and nothing changed. I have noticed that when you are in form preview mode everything is working fine( payments being processed via eway. https://indicamedispa.com.au/specials/indulgence-voucher/indulgence-payment/

    Cheers

    G’day Viraj,

It could be one of a few different things. First, have you checked with eWAY to see if they can shed some light? They can probably tell you if the IP address is blocked, for example.

Please export the form as XML from the WordPress admin, Forms > Import/Export > Export Forms, and email the XML file to me — you’ll find my email address on my contact page. I’ll have a look to see if everything works OK in a test environment.

    Have you upgraded anything recently?

    cheers,
    Ross

    Hi Ross,
Have you resolved or identified issues with eway integration with gavity form.

I found an issue with JQuery conflict which was stopping my eway payments going through, on a heavily customised theme of a client of mine.

    G’day Viraj,

I’ve tested all three of the forms you sent, and all worked OK for me.

I noticed that on your website you’re using jQuery 2.0.3 — this means that something (your theme?) is replacing the version of jQuery that comes with WordPress. For example, WordPress 4.1.4 comes with jQuery 1.11.1, and WordPress 4.2.1 comes with jQuery 1.11.2. You might find that you have a jQuery conflict on your website due to that difference. Try disabling whatever is doing that to jQuery.

Also, can you please confirm that you have entered the customer ID in the eWAY Customer ID settings for the plugin? i.e. not the API key, the Customer ID from their eWAY email. NB: don’t post that customer ID here! ??

Gravity Forms > Settings > eWAY Payments

@vmd_support: glad to hear you got your client sorted. jQuery conflicts can be a pain!

    cheers,
    Ross

    Hi there,

Can you check what’s wrong with our site please: https://uskidsgolf.com.au/parentchild-registration-form-2/

We’re using gravity form atm and integrated eway. The form when submitted gets successful notification – also sends us email notif but there is no payment posted in our eway account as well as the users not being charged.

Not sure what’s going on and what might be causing the issue?
Here are the settings we’ve got right now:

    Appreciate your help.

    Hi @mcurbi115,

As this thread is nearing a year in age, I’d recommend starting a new thread as your problem is most likely not related to the original thread owners one.

I also removed two of your screenshots as they included secret keys that should not be disclosed to the public, I’d recommend generating a new set of keys at this point in time, as having them removed from publicly hosted image sites is often quite tedious and it might’ve been scraped by search engines by now.

Due to the age of this thread I’m going to be closing it, but please, do make a new one ??
