    Hi,

    I have used WooCommerce with PayPal express checkout plugin, when the customers are using desktop, PayPal shows “log-in” or “Pay with card” option. However, when customers are on mobile it only shows “log-in” or “Create an account”. I want mobile users to also be able to pay with card (debit/credit).

    Can someone help me with this issue?

    I’ve just visited your checkout on mobile and I see the Pay with debit / credit options:

    It’s very likely that PayPal is displaying different options based on geolocation. If you see this consistently with your core customers, I would recommend reaching out to PayPal learn if it’s possible to have the option enabled for those customers.

    @mikedmoore Thank you, I will get in touch with PayPal. Just one follow-up question. Is it possible to enable this through the WooCommerce settings somehow?

    Appreciate your support on this matter, and yes you are right. The core customers aren’t able to see the card option on mobile.

    Hi,

    I also see the button as my colleague Mike did, and I’m in a different country again from him (but not in Norway), so I suspect if it is only Norwegian customers who are affected this may be a country level restriction that you could ask PayPal to look at for you.

    In WooCommerce the only configuration for country restriction is in the general options, so this particular issue isn’t something that’s controlled directly within your site.
