Credit instead of Discount

  • Hi there,

    Currently the plugin provides the customer with a discount code once a friend has purchased a product via the referral link. Is it possible to tweak this so that credit is provided instead, which is automatically taken off their next purchase? We basically want to set it so that the customer doesn’t have to add the promo code, thus automating the process a bit more.

    So, if i got it right, u want to automaticly lower price in the cart by some amount, without needing to add coupon code?

    Yes that is right. I want it set so that the person who supplied the referral URL to the friend will then receive credit in his WooCommerce cart. Then, when they make their next purchase, this amount is automatically taken off their order at the ‘CART’ stage without them needing to enter a coupon code.

    Is this possible?

    Unfortunately no. The way plugin works is via woo coupon codes and they dont have this ability. But this is nice feature to think about definitely.
