Credit not applying – no support

I purchased 4000 one time credits under: “Need?One-Time Credit?According to Your Needs?” and I do not see an API to apply in my website so I can use them. In my account it shows the purchase but no way for me to use them. I have sent 2 emails to you and not received a response.
