Credit note, payment details & unique invoice no

  • Hi how can I create a credit note ?

    How can I modify the payment details after entering the payment incorrectly

    When I copy an old invoice for adding a new invoice , I found out that the new invoice no and the old invoice no are the same. How can I make the new invoice no unique automatically without manually amend the number in toggle advance

    Hello.

    That ID which you are talking about is custom invoice ID.
    You can disable it at all in Settings/Business Process tab – “Automatically increment the invoice’s custom ID by one.”.

    It was designed for some particular purposes and when you copy invoice it copy all its fields including custom invoice id.
