CreditReportBlog.com – What do you think?

  • Well, we have learned the basics of blogging using word-press….finally

    We learned basic cpanel setup.
    We took a basic wordpress theme and added various pluggins/widgets and tweaked the settings as needed and added content.

    The whole leaning took about 4 to 6 weeks (part-time couple of hours a day) and this is how the blogsite looks like:

    Its already spidered by yahoo/google and some others and number of indexed pages are increasing almost daily. Yahoo already shows it on 1st page if searched for: credit report blog

    Looking for some feedback/suggestions.

    I think your blog looks spammy — Im not talking about your post here. And you infer spam by touting your seo here.

    You keep saying spamy but you have not explained why it looks spamy?

    Should I ignore your comments or take them seriously?

    I am still looking for detailed explanation of why the blog looks spamy?

    If you can explain, then may be I can correct what you are refering to as spamy!

    Thank you for moving it to appropriate section. My apologies for posting in wrong section.

    I thought it [the Your WordPress section] was for feedback/critique of the design elements and any WP features being employed. Am I wrong also?

    The above being said, I’m not sure how much there is to critique about your site. You’re using Brian Gardner’s Revolution theme with minor changes and the design doesn’t break in my ancient vesion of IE6. Considering the subject matter of the blog, I wouldn’t expect too many or too heavy-handed graphics so you’re good there.
