Apperently looks the footer text is fine and in the right place. can you please mention the problem in screenshot?

The two are independent of each other. Suggest you wait until next release as I know there is a code change which will remove the text if the Up button is present.

Temporary fix:

footer#footer .colophon a.back-to-top {
    display: none;
}

The red text “Наверх” must be next to the Up-button.
