Credly badge builder not working properly

    Hi there, sometime in the last month (since I last made a badge) the credly badge builder has stopped working within the wordpress admin. I click ‘build with credly badge builder’ and the window pops up, then it closes itself before I can do anything. At that point on the side, the featured image field says it’s updating the featured image and to wait, but of course I haven’t done anything. I can go to credly.com to build badges, but it was nice to be able to do it while making the badge on site. Please advise.

    Hi there, is there any support still being offered for this plugin? The Credly Badge Builder was nice, but now doesn’t work – I have to go to credly.com to build badges and the images that they let me download for my site aren’t as nice as what the badge builder lets me have ??

    We are unable to reproduce the issue. Credly badge builder is working as expected. See Video

    Could you please elaborate the issue a bit more.
    1. What plugin and badges addons are you using with BadgeOS?
    2. What are the steps to reproduce that issue?

    When I’m editing a badge, and click on the Credly Badge Builder link, the window pops up, but then in a few seconds disappears. On the right side, it says it’s updating to a new featured image (even though I couldn’t do anything with the badge builder). Only way to get it so that I can try again is to save as draft, then things get reset. See this video:

    I’m using the auto messages add on (although it doesn’t really work). Also, leaderboards, activity codes, congratulations.

    If you can’t reproduce it and nobody else is having the issue, I’m going to assume that it’s an environment issue on my end, no worries. I have the badges as .psd files so it’s easy enough to create new ones ??

    @wooninjas I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
