Credly CSV error

    I hope it is OK to post this here since none of my communication to Credly’s Blog or FB seems to get any attention.

    They recently advertised that I can issue bulk awards via the Credly website interface via CSV upload which is great to get some attention from past site engagers.

    Thing is I’m getting an error on my sample CSV:

    Line 1: every recipient row must contain exactly 5 columns.This line contains 25 columns.

    It’s exported out of Excel and a common delimited format of 5 entries. It seems that the import isn’t reading a correctly formatted CSV file, from what I can see, going by the instructions.

    Any chance of ou guys checking this out?
