Creo Premium not upgrading

    Having a frustrating time and likely overpaying for premium to find a solution. I have paid to upgrade to Pro features, input the pro key, and yet site continues to ask me to “Get Pro”. I’ve paid I think close to $100 getting some kind of pro features and yet, nothing. Please advise, very frustrating

    Thanks for your recent purchase of Crio Pro WordPress theme!

    In order to unlock your premium functionalities you must first download and activate the Crio Premium plugin. This extension can be found in the “Plugins” section of your BoldGrid Central account.

    Once you have downloaded this file, you can use the following instructions to install it from your WordPress Dashboard to give you all the Pro functionality needed to design a beautiful WordPress website.

    • In the Dashboard, navigate to Plugins → Add New
    • Click Upload Plugin
    • Browse for the plugin file from BoldGrid Central located on your computer
    • Click Install Now
    • Once the installation completes, click Activate
