Cringe _wfconfig

Wordfence is bloating the size of my WP database. My host is complaining that my WP database is now getting too large for my account.
My website is a simple style website.
After looking at phpmyadmin, I can see that the largest table is “wp_wfConfig” at almost a whopping 1339 MB!!!
Can anyone advise me? I found the procedure here, but it doesn’t work. The database will return to a high number after a few days.

Same thing here. wp_wfconfig.ibd is 2.68 GB
I used WP Sweep (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-sweep/) to clean up the database, which drastically decreased the file size. I hope it stays this way, but based on what I read here I’m not too sure about that.
