Crio not loading right

  • I bought Crio premium theme and I can’t use it or get the premium support I need. The link is broken or something. As for the theme itself. It acts as if it is loading constantly. I see the different things I can change with Crio. But it will not let me use them. I hover the things I can change, but the cursor changes to an hourglass when I hover over anything.

    The controls displayed in the Customizer are managed with JavaScript and it sounds like there is some kind of conflict that is preventing them from loading properly. Could you create a Premium Support ticket through BoldGrid Central to get in touch with us directly? That way our team will be able to get all of the necessary troubleshooting information we need to get this problem sorted and let you get back to building your website!

    I can’t create a premium ticket the link does not work for me. I’ve tried multiple times.

    Ok, I figured out why the premium ticket wasn’t working and I did filed one.
