Crio Premium Plugin Conflicts with RankMath

  • Hello,
    We have the Crio theme with Crio Premium plugin running on our site. A new issue has arisen where Crio premium plugin conflicts with RankMath plugin preventing RankMath from working on the post and page editor side (even when using classic or Gutenberg editors). When I disabled the Crio premium plugin it worked fine. I noticed that the Crio Premium plugin has not been updated in a while so perhaps it could use a review?? In the meantime, I must run the site without the plugin as the SEO features are more important. Do you have any recommendations? We have Crio Premium 1.5.0. Thanks.

    Unfortunately we are not permitted to troubleshoot issues with Premium products in these support forums in accordance the WordPress Guidelines, but we are more than happy to troubleshoot this problem through our Premium Support channel.

    Could you create a Premium Support ticket through your BoldGrid Central account so our team can investigate this conflict with RankMath further?
