There is also a pro version listed at the developer’s website and after you install the free version there are references to the features that can be found in the pro version. I’m sorry to hear that you are disappointed for seeing those features mentioned there.

I found the coupon code listed here which is not included in free but screenshot shows.

I’ve just updated the screenshots to completely remove the coupon field from the form and the reference to the form builder.
