Critic error and refunds

Hi,

I am writing to you for one of my clients

Several times I have this critical error and I encounter problems recently when I want to make a refund:

No note to the right in the refunded order: Refunded $180 for example; no change of status (Refunded) and no trace in my Stripe account.
