    Hi,

I have the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce.

As of November 11, 2020, I no longer register any payments in my Stripe account after customers have placed orders ! On the admin part, the orders are specified paid by Stripe but without any Stripe payment identifier link.
Payments are handled by the latest version (Version 4.5.5) of WooCommerce Stripe Gateway that you offer as a plugin. I tried to pay with my own credit card, it works but the transaction does not appear on my Stripe account, despite the correct payment made by credit card.
Otherwise, I also use another WP Full Stripe payment plugin (Version 5.1.0) and with this one, the payment by credit card is showing up on my Stripe account. It run normaly.
By inference, the problem therefore comes from your WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin which no longer makes the link correctly with my Stripe account.
And that doesn’t give buyers confidence and I’ve been losing sales because of it for almost a week ! This is probably following the last two updates of WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, the last of which on November 17, 2020 (Version 4.5.5).
Thank you for the help you can give me on this subject

    Regards,

In the meantime, if you need to process Stripe payments NOW, we switched to Stripe for WooCommerce by Payment Plugins at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-stripe-payment/

We were kind of forced to do that this Tuesday when an automatic update at 2am from the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin stomped on the namespace of the Stripe for WooCommerce plugin that we had been testing. This simple error on behalf of the authors of WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway crashed our entire website. You would have thought that the authors of the official WooCommerce Stripe plugin would have reverted the change, but it’s 48 hours in and they have done nothing.

This forced us to manually remove the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin directory and put Stripe for WooCommerce into live mode.

It has been working flawlessly, plus it allows manual payments in the admin order screen – see if it works for you.

You will need to create a new webhook in your Stripe dashboard, but that took us about 2 minutes to completely configure the new plugin – actually, it connects to Stripe really easily from the WordPress admin.

    Good luck!

    Hi,
    Thanks @thejasonator for your advices.
@jricketts4, my problem has still not been resolved for several weeks already and Woocommerce support has not reply since despite several reminders and days !!!! It is really not serious to stay hide, without giving news.

I have to individually call back all my customers and make them pay with the Full stripe plugin which works well but without caddy. One solution may be to switch to Mollie.com to replace Stripe.com which offers an equivalent service and above all a very intuitive plugin to pay, which is free and above all WHICH WORKS unlike the Woocommerce plugin which bug …

    Hello,
