Critical conflict with WordPress Menu settings and customizer

I used this plugin on over 300 websites of my clients,, it was working fine until yesterday when over 50 clients complained of their ” menu settings ” not adding and saving new pages
Even if you try adding pages or editing the menus from the WordPress Customiser >>>> you get the same issue { when you click, publish changes,, you get“settings failed to save“}
I tried to look for exact cause and did not find the issue,, i tested on Astra and OceanWP themes and the same error occurred
I tested all websites and also disabled all plugins ,,,all to find this popup builder plugin is the culprit
“When you “click add to menu”,, it keeps loading indefinetly …..
