Critical CSS issue and CSS JS not combined

Hi,
I used litespeed cache to minify css js, but when I checked with GTmetrix, I saw a lot of the css and js are not combined.

and the Critical css worked for some pages but not all the pages.

these two pages work perfectly

But

these are not working well, still see the strange loading page

and some pages:

with chrome work well, but with safari, some of the pics can not be loaded.
