• I updated some plugins on my site and now I’m getting the “your site has a critical error” message. I made a backup of my site with Updraft Plus but I can’t get into any of my settings. I also don’t have access to my hosting site. How do i fix this?

    I manage this account for a client. I’m pretty sure it’s hosted through GoDaddy, but he doesn’t have the login info

    I also don’t have access to my hosting site

    This can be bad, you shall have SSH/FTP/ Host Control panel filemanager access
    to check error.log (if you have not received error message per email,
    and you need to access your site files, to fix error.

    Try to contact your webhosting to get access details.
