Critical Error

I am using PHP7.4. I also enabled debug mode but still the same issue

We’d need to know the actual error. “Critical error” tells us nothing.

This is what I am getting

You’d need to access your PHP error logs. WordPress is also supposed to send the admin and email with the details.

Okay, so here’s the problem. The theme, Melinda, is using an extension for Redux that was not authored by us. You’ll need to report this to the theme author as they’ll have to be the ones to fix whatever is wrong with it. It’s in the WBC_Demo_Importer extension. I noticed that theme has not been updated in two years, so I’m not sure how much success you’ll have with that. Hopefully they’re still offering support for registered users.

I’m sorry, but I cannot. It’s not my theme. That’s what the theme author gets paid to do, support their work.

It looks as if the theme author packaged his own special build of Redux and installed it as a plugin using our slug of redux-framework, which is…not wise. You could try deleting it off your server and installing Redux from www.ads-software.com. You won’t have the demo importer though, because he decided to include that in the actual plugin instead of embedding it. That’s my only suggestion.
