    Hello!

    Critical error when installing version 8.0:

    Sorry about that! We renamed some files in this release, and it appears that while this is not a problem once you’ve updated, it does cause an issue during the update process.

    Do you still see the error on your sites? If you access your dashboards, go to the Plugins menu, and then refresh the page, do you see any errors? Does it say that Jetpack now runs 8.0?

    Thanks for the quickness.

    There are no visible errors on the site, Query Monitor also does not report errors, the installed version of the plugin is marked as 8.0.

    I just have doubts whether everything was normal during the update process, and if there are any other flaws lurking there that can show themselves over time.

    If you do not notice any errors in your logs anymore, you should be all set.

    If you see anything new appear in the next few days, let us know!

    I’ve had the same issue on the domains I have updated today … 3 so far
