Critical error

  • Hi all,
    few days ago I updated the wordpress version and since then I cannot access anymore the website of our sport association. Also the wordpress dashboard is blocked.
    I have no idea how to fix this, also the hosting company did not help, any possible solutions?

    If you have access to your server either using CPanel, Plesk, or FTP, please try to enable the debug so that you can get an idea what’s causing the fatal error.

    Thereafter, once you find out what’s causing the error like, for example, if it is coming from a specific plugin. Try to rename the directory of the plugin, and it will disable the plugin, probably will make your website up again, and WP Dashboard accessible anymore.
