• hello, I deactivated your plugin from one of the websites that I manage because a critical error appeared which blocked access to my account woocommerce user section and generated a critical error on the website.
I hope you can solve this error and it does not appear in other websites.
    Greetings

    Hi @webinteractiva

Could you post error details so we can able to solve this issue?

We didn’t get any similar report yet, so it’s something specific to your setup.

    Thanks!

in the image can not be perceived but the css is not working because everything is without margins and very close together besides the error that appears at the bottom does not allow anything of the operation of the menu of users.
currently I use bitnami nginx wordpress in azure and gcp installations with the porto theme.
    Regards

    Hi @webinteractiva

On your screenshot is the general WordPress message about the error.

We need exactly PHP error details in this case. You can get it from PHP error logs on your hosting panel.

    Thanks.

I’m sorry I can’t help more but in my case I use a gcp vm and bitnami and the php logs folder is empty, I tried with the new version that came out recently and the problem persists.

There are a few ways we can move forward with your issue:

    1. WordPress since version 5.2 sends emails to the admin in such cases. Check your admin email for a message with subject like – “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue”. At the bottom of the email, you will see even more detailed information about the error, including the specific file and code that triggered it.

    2. Enable debugging in your setup to get all PHP error details from your WordPress. You can check this article – https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    3. You can provide access to your setup and we can do debugging. You can contact us directly via the help page on our website.
