Critical error

We checked our email customizer but we can’t replicate this issue on our development store. Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the ALP and WooCommerce and check again. If issue solved activate plugin one by one see which plugin cause the error.

I found the conflicting plugin. it is the Sendcloud plugin. Is there a way to use both plugins without the conflict? because i both really need them.

Check the fatal error logs and see what is the error.
Navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs. in the logs dropdown, search for Error Log with that starts with “fatal-errors” with today’s date.
