Yes I already did that. It didn’t work.

In that case have a look at the WooCommerce fatal error log file for a day you tried creating a feed. It will most likely contain an error, changes are the error is related to a maximum CPU or memory usage or a maximum execution time reached. This is where you can find the WooCommerce fatal error log: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

Can you have a look at them and share its content with us?

The maximum execution time can be changed in your php.ini file. See: https://docs.gravityforms.com/increasing-php-max-execution-time/#:~:text=Modifying%20your%20max%20execution%20time%20in%20php.,-ini&text=Depending%20on%20your%20hosting%20provider,scripts%20are%20allowed%20to%20run.

Try putting it on a 120 seconds.

Alternatively also try lowering the default batch size of the plugin. The default value is 750. Try lowering it to 250 to see if it makes a difference. This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

I also tried to make a feed only with a category (12 products) and I get the error again.

I make these changes and the feed started put it’s in 4% and it doesn’t change. these feed must have 12 products and it is not right to do so much time.

The errors you just pasted indicate you are running a multi-lingual plugin, most likely WPML, is that correct? WPML is a very server resource intensive plugin and might cause the issue at hand. Did you only recently install WPML? (it is also not compatible with the free version of our plugin).

The only think I can advise it so keep lowering the batch size (try 50) and see if that solves the issue at hand.

Yes I’m using wpml plugin. No I didn’t install recently.

Also I don’t know if the feed that is making is for the prducts in all languages or only one. I can make one to unerstand.

If I buy your plugin I can choose the language that I want to have in the feed?

Yes I try with 50 it seems that is making the feed but is very very slow. In 2 hours is in 36% for 12 products. Is this normal?
