Critical error

Do you see any specific error message on the server error logs ?
Any of the options change did make any difference for you ?

I checked error_log file but it’s beyond my scope. If you install litespeed cache you should see the error.

• enable both litespeed cache + WP Hide > critical error
• only disable litespeed cache > no issue
• only disable WP hide > no issue

I just created a barebone instance of OpenLiteSpeed with WordPress, LiteSpeed Cache and WP Hide, but everything appears to work fine.

The issue might be related to your current environment. Can you try to disable other plugins and see if make a fix ?
How to do you know there is a Critical Error if there is no message in the error log ?

Now i checked again (both litespeed cache and wp hide work). Issue is due to Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin 1.6.22. Below message shows up: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

I remember the first time i updated Elementor Header & Footer, it failed. So I disabled WP hide plugin to update it successfully.

I confirm that’s the issue. I also have Elementor Hello 2.9.0 theme installed. Hope this helps.

Hi, could you check the conflict (critical error) between WP hide and Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin 1.6.22. Without HP Hide (disabled), Elementor Header Footer works. Thank you

Deploying the Elementor Header & Footer Builder 1.6.22 plugin and the Elementor Hello 2.9.0 theme, while still using LiteSpeed Cache and WP Hide, didn’t return an error either. I’am sorry but the problem must be related to something else. Kindly review your server error logs for precise messages or reach out to us for a more thorough investigation.

Everything works fine when WP Hide is deactivated. Would you advise to 1) download and reinstall the plugin or 2) delete and reinstall? Thank you

FYI, everything seems to work again. I updated Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin to 1.6.23 which had a security bug and also increased php memory.
