    Hi,

    from today I get a critical error message (I haven’t done anything in weeks) and the debug shows:

    Hi @marty2010

    According to your error message the our Html::addExcludeLazyLoadAttributes() static method is undefined. If you check the file where your error points:

    • wp-content/plugins/smart-slider-3/Nextend/SmartSlider3/Slider/Feature/SlideBackground.php

    you will see that we have this line of code in line 372:

    $imageAttributes = Html::addExcludeLazyLoadAttributes($imageAttributes);

    and the namespaced Html class should come from this file:

    • wp-content/plugins/smart-slider-3/Nextend/Framework/View/Html.php

    I find it possible that this file is missing from your server for some reason.

    So in the first place, I would suggest you to do a reinstallation via FTP, as that way you can bypass permission specific limitations that might prevent the copying of some files. So please:

    once the reinstallation is complete, please check if the problem still occurs.
