When the plugin is activated and customer makes a payment using woo payments they do not receive the thank you page. They receive a critical error.. The Payment does go through and they receive the woo commerce emails.

However all customers think the payments have not gone through because of the critical error and make multiple tries. If we deactivate the plugin the error is fixed and the site works correctly.

Google Analytics is linked correctly and the stream is tested and working fine, we are using the new GA4 tag.

All plugins are up to date and so is wordpress and all themes.

    Hello ?? @cryptic23,

Thanks for sharing a detailed description on the issue you are facing.

It seems like the issue might be related to a plugin conflict in your webstore, considering that the error disappears when the Google Analytics for WooCommerce plugin is deactivated.

To troubleshoot the issue further please try the following steps:

    1. Try to deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce, Google Analytics for WooCommerce and Woo Payments, then check if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
    2. If the issue still exists, try switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront to see if the problem is with your current theme.
    3. If the issue remains, there might be a problem with the Google Analytics for WooCommerce plugin itself. Try reinstalling it.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please provide us with more detailed information about the error. A screenshot or video recording of how it behaves or any relevant logs would be very helpful.

Looking forward to assisting you further.
