    Hello,
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

We are unable to load the URL/Page you sent https://useless,%20you%20don’t%20see%20anything/.

In regards to the error message, it seems to be pointing to an issue with an advanced column filter type, but this (filtering) is not available in the Lite/free version.
Can you please confirm do you have the Lite or Premium wpDataTables?

If you have the Lite version, that is very strange, but it could be a conflict.
Can you please check do the tables from that front end Page load without issues when you load them at the back-end in WP-Admin?

If this is the case, wpDataTables is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) concept-based plugin.

This means that the table should look the same both in the back-end and in the front-end.

If your front-end table looks and behaves differently than in the back-end, this usually implies that there is another plugin (or the current theme) that’s changing the behavior of our plugin.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved?

If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be).

If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.

Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

Let me know if you isolate a conflict with these steps.

    2. Or, if you have the premium version, please open a ticket on our?main Support platform here,

and one of our Agents will respond as quickly as possible.

If you don’t have a licence (or if it expired), please open a pre-purchase ticket which doesn’t require a purchase code.

Premium products are not supported?in these forums, as per?this?comment?by www.ads-software.com moderators.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Kind regards.

hello, thank you for your answer!
I solved the problem by rewriting the table and importing the data again. Minor problems remain though (I use the free version): often if I edit two options at a time, when I save the changes a blank page comes up and I have to go back and re-flag the options.
Anyhow, now it works (it was useless? to give you the link to the previous table, because anyway it wasn’t displayed on the page, you couldn’t even see the code): https://angelobonaguro.eu/database-riviste/

    Hello,
We are glad to see you resolved this issue. We will consider it temporarily resolved, but we are still curious to find what happened, as you described, which two options you edited exactly when that issue happened…
If possible, could you try to record a Video of reproducing that issue again ( or if it happens again at any time, you can try to ‘catch it on a Video’) then send it to us, so we can see how the table looks at the back-end and which options you edited?
If it does not show any sensitive data, you can upload it anywhere like weTransfer and send us a download link here.
Or if it shows any sensitive data, it is best to open a private?pre-purchase ticket?which doesn’t require a purchase code,?and one of our Agents will respond as quickly as possible to review the Video and we can try to reproduce the same issue here/to check if we might have a bug.

There is no rush if you resolved it for the time being, but we would still like to try and isolate it, so if you find the time for that soon, it would be great.

    Kind regards.
