• We have recently experienced critical errors when rendering an instance of an event series using “The Events Calendar Pro” plugin. We were able to narrow it down to the use of the “Timed Content” plugin on the site. When we deactivate Timed Content and waited for the cache to clear, the critical error was resolved. When we re-activate Timed Content, the critical error re-appears. We’re not coding experts, so we’ll have to leave Timed Content deactivated until we can determine if this is something than can be fixed on your end.

    I’m sorry, that you have issues with your site – but without any error logs from your server where the specific error message is shown, I am not able to help you.

    So please ask the hoster or the person who is maintaining your server how to get the PHP error logs for your website. Maybe there is a log file you can access via FTP as well.

    Thank you @awelzel for your follow-up. I definitely appreciate your points. I am the system administrator and I will explore the means to capture and evaluate the PHP error logs. In the meantime, I will leave the plugin deactivated until I can spend some time on that. If I’m able to detect the specific error message, I will follow-up here.
