• For a few days I have been getting the same error that prevents me from accessing the administrator side. In order to access it again I have to deactivate the plug-in. This is the error that I get. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but nothing changes, how should I proceed?

    Thanks

    Hi @davix1010,

This is likely due to a PHP extension that the plugin requires not being enabled on your server yet, specifically the PHP extension called sockets.

You can ask your Hosting Provider whether they can enable it for you. But in many cases you can also do it manually in your hosting control panel, typically within a PHP configuration/selector tool. It looks like this in cPanel, but it will differ depending on the type of control panel that’s applicable in your case.

With this extension enabled, the plugin should work as expected once more.

    Kind regards, Jarno
