When I activate UM I get a critical error notice in the admin area and can’t access any of my tabs or see the front end of the website BUT other users/people can…it’s specific to my account. Help.

    Hi @gillyangelle

Could you please check if there’s any PHP error log related to the UM activation? Please share them here so we can investigate.

    Hey @ampsupertramp,

Honestly, the latest update didn’t help at all. My website was working perfectly using UM. When I run the 2.3.0 update, I lost all my Theme Layouts, Page Headers and Page Footers.
I had to restore my website from a backup. Apparently, a conflict happened between Avada Theme and UM.
Now, I am still getting the following message:
Ultimate Member version 2.3.0 needs to be updated to work correctly.

But honestly, I am afraid to run the update and see my website crash again. The URL to my website home page is: https://canadataxpro.com/

    Please advise.
